All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1983-176 remain in full force and effect. <br />Even though the amendment increases the permit area by eight acres, there will not be the need to increase the <br />fmancial warranty because the actual linear foot of the lake is decreased by approximately 110 feet. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Berhan .
