Cattany <br />Division DIreC[Or <br />Natu21 Resource Trustee <br />On November 26, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on August 22, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Amendment approval adds 0.67 acre of land to permit at south end, change of mill building location, and <br />new tailings disposal area. Clarifications are made to reclamation plan, consistent with existingplan. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 3 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1986- <br />076.
