The Division has reviewed the new reclamation cost estimate in the updated Exhibit L submitted with the first <br />adequacy review response. The Division will still estimate the cost to reclaim the site once all of the issues related <br />to the amendment application have been addressed. The Applicant will be notified of the outcome of the estimate <br />conducted by the Division. <br />The Division is required to make a decision concerning the Platte Valley Operation Amendment Application (AM-001) <br />by December 12, 2003. Please be advised that the Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. 112(c) Amendment Application <br />(AM-001) may be deemed inadequate, and the application may be denied on December 12, 2003 unless the above <br />mentioned adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to <br />complete your reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a <br />written waiver of your right to a decision by December 12, 2003 and request for additional time.
