Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br /> <br />On December 10, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on December 1, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Permit boundary has been adjusted to correct deficiencies on older permit maps, due to previous <br />operators of site. All permit-related disturbance is now within boundaries, including access road. Seed <br />mix is slightly mod j7ed, dump grading and portal closure specs are updated. Bond amount will be <br />recalculated upon receipt of updated reclamation map. All outstanding problems have been corrected. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1977~16.
