the undersigned citizen of the United States, resident of the County of Fremont, State of
Colorado, and agent for locator, having complied with the provisions of Title 43, Chapter
II, Part 3830, of the Code of Federal Regulations Locating, Recording, and
Maintaining Mining Claims, and with the local customs, laws, and regulations, claim by
right of discovery and location, as the LILLY TRACT "B" PLACER CLAIM,
the following described premises situate, lying and being in the Monarch Mining District,
County of Chaffee and State of Colorado, to wit:
An irregular tract of land lying within the eastern half of Section 22, Township SO North, Range 6 East,
New Mexico Principal Meridian, Chaffee County, Colorado, +/-0.93 acres;
Beginning at a point which is the common comer No. 4of Mineral Survey No. 8551, The Josephine Lode
and Mineral Survey No. 9229, The Last Chance Lode from which the Southeast comer of said Section 22
bears South Z9°42'4S" East 1574.0 feet;
Thence South 65°00'30" East 505.5 feet along tine 3-4 of the 3osephine Lode to fine 3-4 of Mineral Survey
No. 18418, The Carbonate King Lode,
Thence North 00°28' 1 S" East 1229.0 feet along said line 3.4 of the Carbonate King Lode to line 2-3 of
Mineral Sttrvey No. 19292, The Prince Albert No. 2 Lode,
Thence North 33°47' West 48.2 feet along said line 2-3 of the Prince Albert No. 2 Lode to line 3-4 of the
Last Chance Lode;
