EXHIBIT L--- RECLAMATION COSTS RECEIVED Topsoil Recovery and Stockpiling DEC 12 2006 Division of ReGamatlon, Above Highwall Benches Mining and Safety An estimated 20000 tons of topsoil maybe available for recovery and application sourced from the slopes above the highwall benches. This material will be bulldozed, loaded and hauled, or moved with a scraper to develop an elongate topsoil stockpile area north and west of the existing footwall interface. Track mounted excavator may be used to "pull back" soil from the edge of the existing highwall contact for loading and haulage to stockpile areas above. After bench development has been completed starting from the southern end of the marble outcrop along the footwall(west) side of the deposit, topsoil will be applied to the flat bench tops in prepazation for re-vegetation.
