United Companies of Mesa County, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the <br />MMM/Chambers Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-1979-205, as well as those <br />specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is your Employers Mutual Casuahy Company Corporate Surety Bond No. in the amount of <br />$194,850.00, and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These have been released as of the May <br />17, 2000 Division approval for the succession of operators.
