Geotechnical Data Technical blemorandum
Hazeltine -Road Runners Rest II Grave- Pit Lining Project
December 2000
2.4 Individual Sewage Disposal Systems
A search was conducted by Denver Water to gather information on existing individual sewage
disposal (septic) systems within about 1,000 to 2,000 feet from the perimeter of the Hazeltine
and Suburban Pit sites. Information available on septic systems can be divided into three
categories: 1) septic records are on file with the Tri-County Health Department; 2) no records
are on file, but septic systems older than 1969 may exist; or 3) no address is associated with the
property, and as a result, no septic information is available, The applications for installation of
individual sewage disposal systems have been collected for all known systems within the site
vicinity. Locations of identified septic systems are shown on Figure 2.1. Owners and property
addresses are provided in Table 2.2. The sewage disposal system ID Numbers listed in Table
2.2 correspond with the disposal systems shown on Figure 2.1.
TABLE 2.2
Sewage Disposal Systems on Record in the Vicinity of the Site
System Number
(Figure 2.1) Street Address in
Adams County
Owner
1 10110 E. 120'" Ave. Kenneth Meeker
2 10250 East 120'" Ave. Ruth Fahrenbruch
3 11481 Brighton Road James Sweetman
4 10495 East 112'" Ave. William Byrd
5 11671 Brighton Road George Fagler
6 11755 Brighton Road Suburban Reddi-Mix
7 11299 Brighton Road Robert Doerksen
8 11920 Bri hton Road Schnell Groce
' 1.
