Cattany <br />APPLICABILITY; Acting Division Director <br />This application package is for a construction materials operation which affects 10 acres or more. If you plan to conduct a <br />constiuction materials extraction operation which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions provided in this package, <br />in the Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials, as required. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO FILING: <br />The Construction Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extinction of Construction <br />Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, et se , C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1) and the Colorado Mined Laad Reclamation Board (the <br />"Boazd") regulate the permitting, operational and reclamation requirements for all construction materiai extinction operations in <br />Colorado. Tt is your obligation to comply with the Act and Regulations. You aze encouraged to obtain and review a copy of the <br />Rules, available for $8.00 from the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Office"}.
