The enclosed submittal has been prepared for Loveland Ready-Mix Concrete, Inc. by myself or under my direct supervision. The appendices have been prepared in accordance with the "Mineral Rules And Regulations of The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board For The Extraction of Construction Materials", promulgated October 1995, and last revised August 2001. In addition, you will find a copy of the Certified Mail receipts for the land owners within 200 feet of the affected property. We have attached a copy of the list provided by APO of Colorado who prepared the list of landowners using the Lorimer County Tax Assessors list. The Certified Mail Receipt for the Lorimer County Board of Commissioners is included in Appendix Q. Please provide notification that the application Is considered filed so that a public notice can be published in the local newspaper, the Loveland Reporter Herald.
