The
application regards moving construction of #5 Sediment Pond to a more suitable and accessible
location. The relocated stmcture will be no larger (and is actually smaller) than the design in the
original location already covered in the bond. Access into the relocated structure will be
temporary, with minimal disturbance and along very flat terrain. Any final reclamation needed
will also be limited and will be well within the current bond. The ravine azea between #4 Pond
and the relocated #5 Pond is very stable and is not seen as a disturbance issue.
I appreciate your attention to the matter of this application and please call me with any
further questions.
Ste~~Ono e O
~///L/,/jam// ~
Mine Manager
P O.
