The technical revision of adding an interior dike cost estimate is $266,682. Since $182,189 of the reclamation work has already been completed and the proposed interior dike is scheduled to begin construction within the next 30 days, Aggregate Industries proposes that the original bonding amount is adequate. Most of the construction wou]d be competed in such a short period of time that a new bond would not serve a useful purpose to protect the State.
