Natural Rein",re trustee <br />If you plan to conduct a construction materials extraction operation which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions <br />provided in this package, in the Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br />Constnuction Materials, as required. <br />RECOMMENAATIONS PRIOR TO FILING: <br />The Construction Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, et s~ C.RS., and 2 CCR 407-1) and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") <br />regulate the permitting, operational and reclamation requirements for all constructiaul material extraction operations in Colorado. It <br />is your obligation to comply with the Act and Regulations. You are encouraged to obtain and review a wpy ofthe Rules, available <br />fur $5.00 from the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Office").
