~G~a~ z~ <br />~oF(3 F ~ <br />Public Notice <br />Siegrist Construction Company, 875 W. 64`" Avenue, Denver, CO 80221; <br />303-427-8472, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction <br />Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for <br />the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the <br />Siegrist Construction Company Mine, and is located at or near Sections 35 & <br />36, Township 3 North, Range 68 West, 6`" Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June, 2006, and the proposed date of <br />completion is December, 2006. The proposed future use of the land is <br />community amenity, recreation and water storage. Additional information and <br />tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) <br />866-3567, or at the Weld County Office of the Clerk to the Board of <br />Commissioners, 915 10"' Street, Greeley, CO 80631, or the above-named <br />applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology.no later than 20 days ~foilowing receipt of this Public Notice. <br />P/ease note that under provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et s_q. Comments <br />related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on <br />property values and other social economic concerns are issues not subject to <br />this Office's jurisdiction. These subjects, and similar ones, are typically <br />addressed by your local governments, rather than the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology or the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />
