Canany <br />Division Director <br />Nazural Resource Trustee <br />On November 28, 2005, the Division of Minerals and Geology received an Application for Succession of Operators, a <br />Performance Warranty and a $125 fee for the Jesse Lee, Permit No. M-1984-043. On the application, option B was <br />initialed requesting that the Division transfer the permit as soon as the application, performance warranty and financial <br />warranty are received in the Division in an acceptable form. To date, the Division has not received a financial <br />warranty.
