Cattany <br /> Division Director <br />Golden, CO 80401 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Morrison Quarry, Permit No. M-1973-021, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-4 <br />Deaz Mr. Refer: <br />On December 21, 2006 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on November 21, 2006, addressing the following: <br />Mod cation to the high wall and bench geometry immediately adjacent to the existing north south haul road in the <br />central quarry and mi»or reclamation changes to accommodate for the minor change in the mine plan. No warranty <br />increase for the change is anticipated at this time due to the minor change. Change ALSO combines two benches and <br />increases the high wall height from 30 to SO feet, to 60 to 90 feet Haul road width to increase to 75 feet to <br />accommodate 777 haul trucks. If during mining, the actual configuration changes from what is approved under this <br />TR, Aggregate Industries must submit another TR, so the warranty can be adjusted accordingly. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1973- <br />021.
