Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Adequacy Review Comments - BLM East Gravel Pit, Regular 112 Conversion Application <br />Class: Revision Type-Seq.: CN-1 Permit No. M-1977-472 <br />Deaz Mr. Selcer: <br />Listed below aze adequacy review comments on the abovecaptioned Regulaz 112 Conversion application <br />for a total of 32.25 perntitted acres. The decision date for your application is scheduled for Mazch 10, <br />2005. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before February 25, 2005. (Please be sure <br />to include two (2) copies of your response). Please be advised that your conversion applicafion maybe <br />deemed inadequate and may be denied on March 10, 2005 unless the following adequacy review items aze <br />addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -,Pre-Minine and Minin¢ Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />1. In accordance with Rule 6.2.1)2), please revise all maps to conform to the following criteria: <br />show name of the Applicant <br />must be prepazed and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other <br />qualified person <br />give date prepazed <br />at a map scale of not lazger than 1 inch = 50' nor smaller than 1 inch = 660' <br />include map scale, appropriate legend, map title, date, and north arrow <br />2. In accordance with Rule 6,4.3, please revise the Exhibit C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map to <br />portray the following information: <br />all adjoining surface owners of record <br />the total area to be involved in the operation, including the azea to be mined and the azea of the <br />affected lands (please cleazly define the permit boundary, same as possible permit limits7) <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan <br />3.
