.. i, <br />RECEIVED <br />UPLAND GRAVEL PIT NO. 1 ,IAN 0 9 2006 <br />EXHIBIT G <br />Water Information Division of Minerals and Geology <br />No ground water or surface water is present at the site which needs controlled or de-watered. <br />Storm water generated on the affected area will be controlled by ditches and retained on site in <br />the detention area. <br />Available to the site are domestic water mains owned by Ute Water District (See enclosed <br />letter) and a storage pond 350 feet South of the site. Storage water is comprised of waste and <br />seep from Orchard Mesa Canal No. 2 and is available only during irrigation season (May-Sept.). <br />Collection of storm water would be available sporadically. Waste and storage water rights <br />applications are currently in process with the Colorado Division of Water Resources (See <br />enclosed Water Decree). <br />
