We are in the process of preparing a I10(2) <br /> permit application. <br /> Forwarded is the survey that will be incorporated in the application that includes the stockpile(s), <br /> which was deemed by the Board as a corrective action. <br /> Additionally, for your records I am sending you a copy of a letter we recently received from Ferd <br /> Mueller.
