Lincoln Avenue <br />Fort Collins, CO 80521 <br />Re: Gl Gravel Pit, Succession Approval, Permit No. M-81-022, <br />Revision No. SO-02 <br />Dear Mr. Connell: <br />On November 21, 198b the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />succession of operators from Glass Livestock Co., Inc. to Connell Resources, <br />Inc. for this operation. Connell Resources, Inc. is now the permitted <br />operator of the G1 Grave'I Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions <br />in Permit No. M-81-022, 715 well as those specified in the Flined Land <br />Reclamation Act and the liinerals Rules and Regulations. Glass livestock Co., <br />Inc. is relieved of all Iā¢esponsibilities concerning this operation (See <br />t4ineral Rules and Regulations Number 1.71. <br />The Division would like i:o remind you, as the permitted operator, about a few <br />things we feel are imporl:ant: <br />1. All of the application materials, as amended and supplemented, are an <br />integral part of your permit. They have been incorporated into the permit by <br />reference. We presume that you have a copy of all of these materials; <br />therefore, none have been enclosed with tfiis mailing. We suggest that you <br />keep a copy of the permit and the permit application at the mining operation <br />as a reference for operating personnel, to help ensure compliance with the <br />teens of the permit. <br />2. Changes in the mining and reclamation operations that differ from those <br />described in the permit may require a revision to the permit. We suggest that <br />you consult the Mineral Rules and Regulations and/or contact us to determine <br />whether a revision to the permit is necessary.
