M-77-325 AND SILOAM MINE, PERMIT NO. M-77-326
Dear Ms. McGrady:
I understand you have had a conversation with Jim Dillie, DMG Reclamation Specialist,
regarding the difficulty this Office is having identifying the designated operator of the above
referenced operations.
Currently, Colorado Refractories, Corp. is the designated operator. Your company has
submitted financial warranty documents in the name of Adience, Inc. and we have a
Performance Warranty under the name of BMI/Colorado Refractories, Corp. It would greatly
simplify our files if we had everything under one name. In order to avoid future confusion,
your company should submit either a Succession of Operator or a certified document from the
Office of the Colorado Secretary of State, which shows your company's parent or holding
company status in relation to the other corporations, and request, in writing, that we change the
name of the operator on the above referenced operations. New financial and performance
warranty documents may have to be submitted if they are different from the new name.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If you have any other questions please contact me.
Sincerely,
Lave P. Lemay
Program Assistant
