The operation is not expected to directly effect groundwater but will be effected by <br />run-off from rain or snow. There will not be any dewatering operations on site and <br />there will not be any water used for reclamation purposes. See attached map and info <br />from Gravel Pit Stormwater Management Plan. <br />Exlubit H -Wildlife Information (Rule 6.4.8) <br />We send a letter and spoke to a Division of Wildlife representative, requesting the <br />information but have not had a response of the DOW. <br />Exhibit P -Municipalities Within Two Miles (Rule 6.4.16) <br />The Community of San Acacio is about 2 miles from the San Acacio Gravel Pit, but is not <br />a municipality. <br />Exltibit Q -Proof of Mailing of Notices to County Commissioners and Soil <br />Conservation District (Rule 6.4.17) <br />We never received back the Certified Mail returned receipt requested, so we got the <br />information from the Postal Service Website.
