M-1998-052. The Mined Land Reclamation Boazd ("the Boazd"), through preheating conference officer Sandra Brown, and pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7, conducted a preheazing conference on June 1, 2004 in Frisco, Colorado. The Boazd, having considered this order, as proposed by the preheating conference officer, and having considered any objections or comments from the parties, hereby enters the following Pre-hearing Order for the captioned proceeding: I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) is scheduled for June 22-23, at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, during the Boazd's June 2004 meeting.
