Exhibit C -please provide the following information on your 1 <br /> excavation plan map: l <br /> 7 <br /> (a) all immediately adjacent surface owners of record;X <br /> (b) the name and location of all significant, valuable andV/� <br /> permanent man-made structures located within 200 feet of the <br /> affected land. You will need to provide a 200 foot setback <br /> from all such structures that you do not have a damage <br /> compensation agreement for with the owners of these structures. <br /> 3.
