The special use review criteria re to be used to judge <br />the acceptability of a particular special use proposed in a specific zone district. Criteria which <br />may be used for review of special uses include, but are not limited to: <br />a. The use and its location as proposed are in conformance with the Master Plan of <br />Montrose County and where it does not, variations are to be identified and approved as <br />part of the Special Use. <br />b. All the application documents and technical reports present a clear picture of how uses <br />are to be developed and arranged on the site. <br />c. The site plan conforms to the district design standards of these Regulations; where it does <br />not, variations are to be identified and approved as part of the Special Use. <br />d. All on-and-off-site impacts have been satisfactory mitigated either through agreement, <br />public improvements, site plan requirements, buffering or other mitigation measures. <br />e. The special use promotes the best interest of the general public's health, safety and <br />welfare as set by either federal, state or county regulation. <br />f. The special use proposed is not planned to be developed on a nonconforming parcel, and <br />g. The applicant has willingly forwarded to the County all pertinent technical information, <br />has disclosed adequate financial resources to implement the project, and has paid all fees <br />and review costs levied by the County in a timely manner for application processing and <br />review. <br />REQUEST: ,i~~ <br />The undersigned owner of the above property requests approval of a Special Use [o allow: ~~L <br />
