Dust Abatement Plan <br />Nick Gray Pit#t (SU-01-0159) <br />Mine Site: Dust will be controlled within the mine site by spraying with a water truck <br />as needed to keep fugitive dust from leaving the property. Topsoil <br />stockpiles will be seeded with grass within one year to help control <br />erosion. Crushing operation will use water spray as needed to prevent <br />fugitive dust from leaving the property. <br />Llaul Road: Dust on the Haul road will be controlled with spray from a water truck as <br />needed When the operator has a lazge job regrriring continuous heaW use <br />of the haul road, Magnesium Chloride solution will be applied to the entire <br />haul road at the beginning of the season. <br />
