Love: <br />Please fmd below the applicants comments in response to die Conditions for dpproval for the Preliminary <br />adequacy Review of the abovementioned permit application. <br />1. The proposed operation will not expose or intercept an}' groundwater. Groundwater exposure will <br />not occur during or after mining operations at the site <br />2. Development of the site will take place depending on market conditions. Mobile contract equipment <br />will be moved on and offsite as necessary depending on local material needs or various future project <br />requirements. Contract operators will supply their own water needs from offsite sources. Currently, at <br />other sites permitted by the applicant, contract opeeuors purchase "municipal" water from the City of <br />,Montrose Similar offsite resources will be used at the proposed Gray Pit # 1 site as well. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions at (719) 655-2799.
