It can be decided at the Division level. Just figure out what date you
want the decision extended to and we will work with that. I will need a fax copy by January 1 t, 2006 and hard
copy follow up.
If you get the materials for all three adequacy concerns in to the Division early, we can make a decision then. If it
will take longer than after the extended decision date, then you can request to extend it again and the Division
can approve that until we get this done.
Carl Mount
-----Original Message-----
From: Jim VanElla [mailto:goldbasin@hotmail,com]
Sent: Thursday, January O5, 2006 4:12 PM
To: carl.mount@state.co.us
Subject: RE: Adequacy Review
Carl,
The newspaper article was ran according to the Mountain
Mail but they haven't sent it to us yet...we asked them to do it
right away but we are at their mercy.
When will the next board meeting be to approve or
disapprove the amendment? It looks like we will need the
extra time.
From: 'Mount, CaN" ~carimauntCa~state.m.us>
To: "yoldbasin@hotmailcom"' ~goldbasin~ahotmai/.rnm>
CC: 'Humphries, Bruce" ~broce.humphdes@state.rn.us>
Subject: Adequacy Review
Date: Thu, Stan 200615.•38.•09 -0700
>Dear Mr. and Mrs. Van Ella,
1/5/2006
