This summer, two new irrigation storage ponds have
been created. All of this has occurred on the Platte River Ranch.
I have two important questions and concerns. Do you require a formal permitting
process to ensure our aqu'rfer is not exposed or at risk? I would think an augmentation plan
needs to be available for evaporative loss for any exposed ground water. Have these
permits and augmentation plans been filed and approved?
Please respond to my concerns and thank you for your attention on this letter.
Sincerely,
Michael J. Ptasnik
