Revised 07/06/97 Minutes- June 26-27, 1997 Page 41
(G 4, r L 'y,-,..,
clarified that the difference between the two plans is that th%original plannot there, it would have
to be developed except for the two holding ponds already in existence. So there will be no more
water unless they develop it and that will be water that comes in as rainfall, it will not be stream
flow into those other ponds and may only be seasonal. Mr. Cohan pointed out the benefits of the
new proposed plan as it would reduce evaporation loss and the impacts on the static groundwater
levels on the adjacent property would remain the same.
The Board then closed the Hearing and opened Board deliberation. The Board Moved to approve
Western Mobile's Amendment 002 with the conditions proposed and revised by the Division and
Western Mobile. Seconded and Approved. (For: Kraeger-Rovey, Cooley, Cohan, Paulin and
Ernst) and (Opposed: Green and Cattany).
