• • it • • <br /> NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br /> FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br /> FOR REGULAR (112) OPERATION <br /> NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> LARIMER COUNTY <br /> Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., doing business as Colorado Lien Company, (the "Applicant/Operator") has <br /> applied to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board") to convert existing Limited <br /> Impact (110) Reclamation Permit M-77-002HR to a Regular (112) Reclamation Permit for existing <br /> mining operations in Larimer County. The existing mine is known as the Munroe Gypsum Quarry, <br /> and is located in Section 31, Township 11N, Range 69W, 6th Prime Meridian, Larimer County. The <br /> attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed <br /> changes to the operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> (the "Division") and the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. <br /> The applicantloperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to rangeland. Pursuant to C.R.S. §34- <br /> 12-116(7)0) the Board is required to confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before <br /> approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on <br /> the proposed operation.
