On May 29, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision applicafion submitted to
the Division on May 6, 2003, addressing the following:
Changes in mining slopes, pit liner construction, discharge rate, and orientation of reclaimed shoreline.
The new bond amount for the pern3it is $294,914. The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the
Division are hereby incorporated into Pemlit No. M-2002-052. All other conditions and requirements of Permit
No. M-2002-052 remain in full force and effect.
