PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Suburban Sand and Gravel Co. has filed an amendment to and <br />application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Road Runners Rest II Pit and is located <br />in parts of Sections 3 and 4, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, 6th <br />Principal Meridian, Adams County, Colorado. <br />The mining commenced in 1991 and the amendment will not change <br />the proposed date of completion, which is December 2006.
