aueaeee~ui P-~
Laboratory analysis was performed by Inter-Mountain Laboratories, Inc. (IML). IML is
accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) to perform TCLP
analysis. Analysis of the material was done in accordance with EPA Method SW-846
Method 6010A & 7470A.
B. Results of TCLP Sampling
A description of ttte waste stream samples and the laboratory results of the testing aze
provided in Appendix A. A review of the data indicates that 0 of 1 waste streams
sampled aze considered hazardous waste.
III. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
A. Presence of Potential Lead Hazards
Based on the laboratory results of the waste stream sample collected and analyzed, the
leachable lead content in the waste scheduled for disposal in the on-site quarry is below
the EPA standard of 5 parts per million (mg/L). Waste less than the EPA level can be
disposed of as general construction debris in the quarry in accordance with The Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Division of Minerals and
Geology Technical requirements dated Mazch 26, 2003 Permit No. M-1977-348.
B. Limitations of Investigation
KWI's lead testing results are applicable for the time that was conducted and for the
condition of surfaces at the time they were tested. If questions arise regazding lead
condition in or on surfaces that were not tested by KWI, then additional testing services
should be vZocured,Zo. Test those surfaces for lead.
D~
