<br />Pit inflows will be monitored and evaluated also as a part of the <br />annual report. In addition, as discussed in the approved permit, these <br />inflow results will be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />In the event of a spill, the Emergency Response Plan requires that <br />BMR notify the MLRD as soon as possible. Details for spill monitoring and <br />reporting will be determined with the MLRD on a case by case basis. <br />Results of the soils testing and the EP toxicity testing will be <br />submitted to the Division as soon as the results are available. <br />Table 1 presents a summary of all monitoring required for the San <br />Luis Project. <br />
