The purpose of this amendment is to add the azea of the new <br />access road where it crosses the property owned by Robert and Irene Schleich. During the <br />mailing of the required notices, I did not send a notice to S&R Delta Partners LLLP. <br />In light of your direct involvement with obtaining approval of this new access road route <br />by the Montrose County Boazd of County Commissioners, I knew that you were aware of <br />the new road. As owners of the Spring Creek Pit site, I knew that you were aware of the <br />new road.
