<br />Project Engineer, CH2M Hill, Corvallis, Or and St. Louis, Mo <br />1975 to 1977 <br />Conducted flood insurance studies in Oregon and California <br />for four flood prone river and estuary areas. Prepared <br />spillway design floods in Oregon. Hydrologist for the 208 <br />water quality study team for St. Louis, Missouri. <br />Responsibilities included: collection and interpretation <br />of data pertaining to meteorological and surface water <br />quality ,calibrated a dynamic water quality computer model <br />for a 1,000 square mile area accounting for all point and <br />nonpoint sources of pollution. Formulated water quality <br />control measures for urban pollution sources and conducted <br />cost effectiveness analyses of these controls. Wrote study <br />reports and presented technical information at public <br />meetings. <br />Graduate Research Assistant, Dept. of Civil Engr., Colorado <br />State University 1972 to 1974 <br />Conducted research towards an M.S. degree in hydrology and <br />water resources.
