Krakel for the Russell Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1994-096. James D. and <br />Beckie J. Krakel are now the permitted operators of the Russell Gravel Pit, and as such, are responsible for all <br />provisions in Permut No. M-1994-096, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is Union Colony Barak Letter of Credit No. 5, in the amount of $6,346.67, and the Performance <br />Warranty that Mr. Doyle J. Russell originally provided. These have been released as of the January 2, 2001 <br />Division approval for the succession of operators.
