Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On August 24, 2005, the Division of Minerals and Geology received an Application for Succession of Operators, a <br />Performance Warranty, a Financial Warranty/Check for Deposit in State Treasury and a $125 fee. The Division is <br />returning the Application for Succession of Operators and the Performance Warranty for the following: <br />Application for Succession of Operators: <br />The Division requires that the cun•ent permittee name be the same as the name on the permit (i.e. River Valley <br />Rock, Inc.) throughout this document. <br />The Division requires that the Permittee signature be witnessed by a Notary Public. <br />Performance Warranty: <br />The Division requires that the notary section be completed by a Notary Public. <br />Also, on the Application for Succession of Operators, Option A was initialed requiring the Division to recalculate the <br />bond prior to transferring the permit.
