cation for a Construction Materials
Limited Impact (110) Reclamation
Permit with the Cglorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board under
provisions of the Colorado Land
Reclamation Act for the Extraction
of Construction Materials. The
proposed mine is known as the
Shannon Pit, and is located at or
near Section 22 & ~15, Township
33, Range 53, Colorado, 6th
Prime Meridian.
The proposed dale of commence-
mem is March 31, 2005, and the
proposed date of completion is
May 31, 2015. Tha proposed
future use of the land is surface
mining.
