DISTRICT <br />Phillips Stone Company (the "Applicant/Operator")has appliedfaraConstructionMatetialsLimitedlmpact(110) <br />Reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the "Boazd") to conduct the extraction of constnustion <br />materials in BOULDER County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and <br />nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division")and <br />the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicanboperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to Residential use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4}(m), C.RS., the Board may confer with the Local Conservation Districts before approving of the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed opei anon.
