The legal description for the entire tract is described in the attached Exhibit A as <br />the West half of Section 5, T3N, R70W of the 6'" P.M. in Boulder County, Colorado. The proposed <br />expansion to a 9.9 acre quarry site will encompass the existing 3 acre site as depicted on the attached <br />map. The resulting 9.9 acre quarry will be located within the larger 52.386 acre tract. A topographic <br />map of the area is enclosed depicting location. <br />Exhibit G -Source of Legal Right-to-Enter (Rule 6.3.71: A copy of the on-line property records search <br />detail is attached showing the legal owners of record and the legal description of the property. <br />Exhibit I - Proof of Filing with County Clerk (Rule 6.3.9): Please see affidavit attached. <br />Exhibit J - Proof of Mailing Notices of Permit Application (Rule 6.3.10): Notices were mailed on April <br />6, 2005 via certified mail, return receipt requested. The return receipts are enclosed. <br />Exhibit L -Permanent Man-Made Structures (Rule 6.3.121: Affidavit of Robert J.
