We have the <br />following comments: <br />0 The information received did not indicate where the access to this property was located nor was a <br />map included with the submittal. If access currently exists from the state highway to this property, <br />an application for access permit will need to be submitted to the Department for a change in use of <br />the property. If access doesn't presently eadst but the property owner requests access to the state <br />highway, an application for access permit shall be submitted to the Department for a new access. <br />0 Drainage to the state highway right-of--way shall not exceed the undeveloped rate of flow.
