Sox 850
590 0raadwiy
Eagle, Colorado a1631-0a50
1 received, rour request that Eagle County release Area A of the current mining lease as meeting
the statc'~ requirements for your mined reclamation plan.
Eagle County cannot certify that the property has been reclaimed per the state mine land
reclamation permit which you currently hold. Elowever, Eagle County is satisfied with the
reclamation that has been done to date in Area A.
Eagle County's only outstanding issue is the spring germination of grasses in Area A. Per the
lease amendment agreement, Eagle County does want to see permanent grass estahiished on the
site, I think we will have that assurance this coming summer. Other than this item, Eagle
County has no additional concerns at this time regarding the recitimation of the site,
Sincerely, .
Rich Cunningha
cc: file
g; Idac.allafargc.wpd
