3.0 ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL <br />The BMR processing area was specifically located in an area that <br />provides for excellent environmental control. The facilities are located <br />out of any live drainage and 100 year flood plains. No shallow groundwater <br />exists in the facilities area. <br />The design of the milling and tailings disposal facilities is added <br />protection against spills and leaks. Specific design criteria which <br />emphasizes attention to spill and leak prevention, containment, chemical <br />storage, and environmental monitoring has been incorporated into the <br />overall plan. <br />• <br />• <br />-3- <br />
