8.0 EMERGENCY RESCUE AND FIRST AID
• Appropriate medical help should be sought, however, each worker
should be familiar with general first aid and emergency rescue procedures.
In emergency situations, the rescuer often becomes a victim because
the proper precautions have not been taken before attempting a rescue.
Emergency rescue procedures training will be provided to ail employees.
All employees will also be trained in the location and use of rescue
equipment.
