If you have any <br />questions please call myself (303) 274-4474 or Steve O'Brian of <br />Environment, Inc., (303) 423-7297 and we will be happy to answer <br />them for you. <br />LLC. <br />manager <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Platte Sand & Gravel LLC has filed an application amendment on their Reclamation Permit with <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. The mine is known as the S & H Mine <br />and is located in parts of Sections 26, 34 and 35, T-4-N, R~7-W, and parts of Sec. 2, T-3-N, R-67-W, <br />6th Principal Meridian, Weld-County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement was 2001 and the proposed date of completion is <br />December 2100.
