The Division has no <br />objection to this reclamation release. After visiting the site, the reclamation has been completed to our <br />satisfaction. <br />The only cohcem that the Division has is that there are a number of species of noxious weeds on the <br />property. Better control measures and BMP's should have been followed to decrease or eliminate the <br />noxious wends on the property and limit their spread to surrounding areas. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this reclamation release.
