Namal Resource rmstee <br />Longmont, CO 80503 <br />Re: Beech Elill Quarrles, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1981-277, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Loukonen: <br />On April 8, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the <br />Division on Mazch 9, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Addition of a 6 acre staging area to increase the maximum disturbance at any one time from 25 to 31 acres. <br />(Staging area occurs within the existing permit boundary). <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1981- <br />277. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1981-277 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division has calculated an addifional reclamation cost of $1,500.00 for the Beech Hill Quarries, as a result of this <br />revision request. Therefore, if you have not already. done so please submit either a supplemental financial warranty of <br />$1,500 or a replacement warranty of $59,500.00.
