No <br />mining will occur in this area, until UD &FCD and any other <br />relevant approvals are obtained. <br />Area <br />2B - <br />Approximately 8,000 cubic yards of topsoil /overburden will be <br />stored and temporarily revegetated in the 251 setback area <br />with the stored material from Area 1 for future later <br />permanent revegetation of the banks and periphery areas of the' <br />future reservoir. This topsoil /overburden storage will remain <br />y <br />until the and of mining to act as a permanent reserve for <br />r <br />revegetation. However, as much as possible, topsoil /overburden <br />will be immediately used in previously mined areas to build <br />the required slopes of the reservoir and for revegetation of <br />1 <br />the banks /periphery areas. Topsoil /overburden may also be <br />temporarily stored on the future berm along the South Platte <br />.River <br />outside of the South Platte River floodway, and /or in <br />other 25' periphery setback areas. <br />Area <br />2C - <br />M <br />Approximately 55,0001 cubic yards will be stored along the <br />south 25' setback of that area to potentially revegetate the <br />) <br />entire 34t acres of Area 2C, although this area will be filled <br />with sand spoils as much as possible. This topsoil /overburden <br />storage areas will remain to the end of mining to act as a <br />permanent reserve for revegetation.
